INTRODUCTION TO MINDFULNESS

A great place to start is to begin with an introduction to mindfulness. It will enable your participants to understand what mindfulness is, its origins, its benefits and how they can learn to practice it.

 

This session will be an engaging and experiential session. Participants will takeaway some simple practices which they can apply either at home or in the work place and will support them in beginning their mindfulness journey. 

We are flexible in how we deliver this session, it can be done online or in person and we are open to working with you on the length and format. We have delivered this session to companies as part of their wellbeing conferences and as an introduction to the 8-week course. It is a great opportunity to bring your teams together to understand mindfulness.
