Dr Kelly Jones is a Registered Clinical Psychologist, wife and mother of two and American by background. For the past 10 years, she has worked for the NHS supporting people with dementia, anxiety disorders, trauma, bereavement and has worked in forensic services across the UK and America.

Dr Jones, is highly-skilled in individual and group Cognitive Behavioural techniques (CBT), her passion has always aligned more with positive psychology, specifically Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness. She is a Mindfulness Now Teacher with the UK College of Mindfulness Meditation (accredited by the BPS) which has enhanced her skills further in MBSR & MBCT.


Her practice ethos promotes well-being and combines her knowledge of human behaviour, with a practical understanding of how this plays out in the workplace, at an individual and team level, helping organisations to continuously improve. 

Dr Jones enjoys travelling, fundraising for charities and is passionate about her hobby of board-gaming.
